Emotional Release Conscious Breathwork for Pet Business Owners
This workshop is unlike any I’ve ever offered to pet business owners. But these times are unlike any we’ve experienced.
Conscious breathwork has been part of my “emotional support toolbox” for over 25 years. In that time, I have participated in over 250 in-person sessions and have facilitated numerous sessions for others, in both online and in person sessions. I did breathwork once a week for many months after September 11 and I found the breathwork helped me more easily and quickly move through the emotions and free up my energy in order to be able to focus on my next right steps in my business and my life. Everyone’s experience is different and that’s part of the beauty and power of breathwork. Also, no two sessions that I’ve personally done for my own life have ever been the same. It’s always an adventure!
This crisis is causing pet business owners to feel unstable in both their businesses and in their personal lives and because of that, I’m offering an emotional release workshop that may help you move through grief and despair and free you up to move on to whatever is next for you in your personal or business life.
Emotional Release Conscious Breathwork is a simple practice that requires nothing other than your breath, a quiet and private room, and a willingness to show up for yourself fully and to whatever wants to happen during your breathwork session.
Everyone’s experience may be different: some may feel strong emotions during the session: tears, laughter, anger, sadness, joy. Others may feel their body tighten up (especially their hands and feet) and then feel the tension release and they experience a deep relaxation. Most who do breathwork will feel a deep peace and serenity during the session and/or towards the end of the session.

My intention in offering this breathwork session is to create a safe, connected and supportive online experience for those who are going through tough emotional times.
There are many kinds of pet business owners attending this from all over the world, including dog trainers, pet sitters, dog walkers, pet groomers, dog daycare owners, pet store owners and more. If you have a pet business or have recently started a pet business, you are welcome to sign up. This is an online breathwork group and you can attend from wherever you are at on the globe. You will need a smart phone or computer and the group will be hosted on Zoom.
Description: At the start of our time together, Kristin Morrison will share for a bit about the breathwork process including how to do it and what you may experience. Then, Kristin will lead the group on a short meditation to help you get grounded and ready for the breathwork experience. You’ll be “breathing” for about an hour after that. For the first 30 minutes of conscious breathing, Kristin will be encouraging you to deeply pull your inhale in and then gently release the exhale. After 30 minutes, you can continue pulling in the strong inhale or breath normally (your choice). Most people find they leave the breathwork session feeling deeply relaxed and/or feeling much lighter and freer than when they started.
