Podcast Coaching Client:
Kendra

Hi Kristin,

After our session I went through the exercise of comparing my current rates to competitors (since I haven’t changed rates in 2 years).

I realized I was well below my competitors so I raised the prices from $1-5 depending on the service.

Then, I used your pet sitting and dog walking client rate increase template and sent it out to clients today!

I also updated the holiday pricing to include the days surrounding the holiday vs. just the single holiday day and found that my team was already more inclined to take the bookings.

I’ve been so caught up in just “maintaining” the business that I’ve been neglecting the growth – our session helped me realize this. 🙂

Thanks again!

Kendra
