Hi Kristin,

I’ve purchased the hiring kit and aim to hire 3 more sitters before the holidays and will be posting the job this weekend. I even had a dog trainer friend of mine reach out about coming on as a pet sitter for Paws & Pads!

I realized when speaking with you that I’ve always known exactly what I needed to do for Paws & Pads and myself, but sometimes having a little validation from someone else can burn a fire under your tushy to take the necessary steps.

That being said, I’ve decided to cut my overnight pet-sitting hours down significantly next year, hoping to have a large enough team to cover my client’s needs. In doing so, I will have time to focus on the backend of my business, and spend more time with my sweet cat, Nox. I’ve also purchased car magnets so I can advertise as I roam around town. I will have them next week!

I can’t thank you enough for having me and lighting the fire I needed to take these steps. Hiring and taking some time off seem a little less daunting now.

Forever grateful,
Katie
