I am still considering the idea of hiring a staff member. I have spoken with a couple of clients about scaling back on walking their dogs due to my knee.

I actually started a new treatment for my knee today. It’s called softwave therapy and is a non invasive treatment that uses shockwaves to stimulate the body’s natural healing process. Fingers crossed it will help with my pain and inflammation so I can put off surgery for as long as possible.

I also plan to increase my rates by November 1. It has been over a year since I have done that and it will help me to start saving for the possibility of time off for recovery.

Speaking with you really helped me to realize that I need to put my own health higher up on my priority list!
