Love this series. Like the way Kristin sets up the road map to start the pet business of your dreams. What you need to do, wat it takes, set the goals and how to reach those goals. I especially love the way Kristin has rocked my world when it comes to your ideal client. I always thought was about demographics, gender, age group, neighborhood they live in. When she talked about what are your business’ core values and the ideal clients you want and are you living by them. Wow, that totally stopped me in my tracks. I now have core values in my business and I always ask myself on a daily basis, am I living my truth. Thank you, Kristin.

Kelly, thanks for the congrats and your sweet and touching comment. I am so happy that the Best Year Yet plan continues to help and guide you. Big smile on my face after reading about your goals being in black and white and how helpful that is. I hear you, girl! And I also love what you wrote about the challenges enriching you. Challenges do cause us to grow, don’t they? 😉

Jen, thank you also for your thoughtful comment. I’m so glad you are enjoying the podcast so far. I’m looking forward to creating many more episodes in weeks to come! And PS–Thank you so very much for writing a podcast review on iTunes. I know it’s a pain to log in to iTunes and write a review and wow, it means so much to me (and helps pet business owners find this podcast). Grateful.

    Dear June,
Yay! So glad you are enjoying the series of episodes! I love that you are gaining awareness about defining your ideal client. When I got clear on what kind of person my ideal clients were, it was so liberating. Glad to hear you are having the same sort of epiphany!

Also, I saw your review on iTunes, June and it means so much that you took the time to write it. Much appreciated!

    Hi Kristin,

I’m a new dog walker/pet sitter who just started my business called The Waggly Tail this past December. I came across your name from a recommendation from NAPPS and I’m glad I found your podcast! I’m about 3 episodes in and it’s been a wealth of information. I’m really looking forward to hearing more about the best strategies for marketing and how to get more clients. I think your episode on the ideal client was awesome and very helpful! I need to relisten to them at my desk so I can actually take some action steps! Thanks for providing such great information! Keep up the great work!
