Hi Kristin,

My pet business and I are doing well after the coaching session with you!
 
I did implement the $1 increase across my services and I haven’t had any issues with clients reacting negatively at all. My clients are all understanding and I appreciate them. 
 
I did research on hiring and the costs including an employment attorney, workers comp, and payroll taxes and decide at this time I’m not quite ready to make that happen. I have had two long-term clients recently change jobs and move out of state that were multiple day per week walkers. This has put a little strain on me but the rate increase has helped to make up for a percentage of that.
 
I am feeling confident and working on marketing and networking as a focus since the rate increase and continue to work to better understand my business everyday.
 

Being on the podcast helped me to solidify some ideas I was already considering but had been uncertain about for a while. I appreciate your help and direction, Kristin!
