Cancellation Policy
Please note that Coach Kristin Morrison requires 5 days notice (120 hours) or more in order to reschedule your coaching session and there are no refunds for coaching sessions purchased. Kristin’s coaching schedule is a busy one and every day pet business owners with business and life concerns contact her for last minute assistance. Late cancellations or missed appointments don’t allow her to help someone in need. Thanks for honoring her 120-hour notice cancellation policy.
