I’ve known Lisa for years. She is one of those rare souls who inspires those around her to take a deep breath of relaxation because her energy is so calming. If you are going a million miles an hour these days, I really encourage you to STOP and soak up some of her good energy in this video! PS: Forgive us, we were dealing with a limited camera angle, and thus, her lower body is hidden when she’s demonstrating some of the poses, so it might be tricky to follow along with some of the poses.
