Q: Is the conference free? Really?

A: Yep. It is totally free! You pay nothing. Zip. Zero. Zilch. Here's how the online conference works: You'll receive 1-2 daily speaker video segments delivered to your inbox during the conference dates of October 18 - November 1, 2017. You'll have 24 hours to watch each daily video. And if you don't have time to watch each daily video or you miss some segments due to vacation or busy work and personal life, no problem! (See the question and answer below to find out more about why there's no need to worry.)

 

Q: I am not able to watch all the daily speakers for the conference. How can I order the conference speaker video package so I can get unlimited viewing of the speaker interviews plus the free gifts that some of the speakers are offering?

A: We are offering the pet business conference video package at a very low price prior to the start of the conference and at a higher price during and after the conference. The videos in the video package will be viewable at the same time that each daily speaker video is released to the public during the actual conference and instead of 24 hours to watch the daily videos you'll have lifetime access to view the conference videos at your leisure. (Plus you'll have access to a lot of free gifts from the speakers.) Lifetime access ensures that you'll be able to watch, listen and learn from the speakers at whatever time is most convenient for you as well as UNLIMITED access the speaker gifts after the 24 hour gift period has passed for conference attendees. Q: I can’t access the speaker interview video OR I can’t see the media player OR the video speed is very slow and 'choppy'. What’s going on?

A: Are you using Internet Explorer? That may be the problem. If so, please try another browser such as Chrome (great), Firefox (next best), or Safari (good). Another good thing to do is to delete the cookies on your browser–that’s helped some of our conference attendees. We would also recommend you update your flash player from the site: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer.  Once that is up to date, it may simply take a page reload or a browser restart to get the page to work correctly. Also, we recommend that you close as many windows and programs as you can as we’ve found that fewer windows that are opened, the better the video quality. (This includes your email programs and your calendar.) Beyond that, it could also be a problem with the computer itself, as various anti-virus, anti-spyware software, and browser plugins or toolbars can be a bit “overprotective” of your computer, or a problem with the internet connection, since certain proxy and firewall settings can cause issues.

 

Q: What IS the Prosperous Pet Business Online Conference and how does it work?

A: The Prosperous Pet Business Online Conference is an online pet business conference that happens over the period of two weeks. Kristin Morrison is the founder of Six-Figure Pet Business Academy™ and the author of the books Six-Figure Pet Sitting, Six-Figure Pet Business and the Prosperous Pet Business book series. She also hosts the online conference where she interviews top pet business experts as well as mind/body/spirit teachers. These speaker interviews will assist you in creating your most successful business. And it doesn't stop there. This conference is all about helping you live your best life while you are enjoying creating ease and profit in your pet business!

Starting on Wednesday, October 18, 2017, we’ll send you an email at 10am Pacific every day. That email will contain the speaker video link for that day’s video (we will release 1-2 speaker videos a day). You’ll have 24 hours to watch, listen and learn from each daily video as well as the ability to download the free gift from the speaker (most though not all of the speakers will have free gifts for you to download while their 24 hour video is accessible). At 10am the next day that prior day's video will no longer be viewable and we’ll have a new speaker video for you. When you purchase the pet business conference video package you can see the videos as many times as you like because you'll have lifetime access plus access to the free speaker gifts beyond the 24-hour period they are available to download.

 

Q: I've purchased the lifetime video package. When will it arrive?

A: The links to all the speaker videos should have arrived immediately upon order.  If you paid by Paypal then the speaker videos arrived to the email you use to login to Paypal so be sure to check that email. Also, check your spam or junk folder as it might have gone there too. If you have tried these and you still didn't receive the video links, please email us your receipt so we can get your order to you right away.

Also please note that the lifetime access video links will go live once the speaker has spoken at the conference. After the conference is over you'll have lifetime access to the speaker videos and free gifts unlike those who only have 24 hour access because they haven't purchased the conference video package.

 

Q: I registered, but haven’t received an email with all of the conference details or I’m not getting any (or all) of the daily video emails. What’s up?

  1. Please check your spam box, to make sure it didn’t go there. If you don’t find it there, simply re-register again. What happens is sometimes conference attendees mistakenly enter the wrong email address so try that first before going on to steps 2-6 below!
  2. If that doesn’t work then sign up with a different email address (unfortunately some default spam systems never even let newsletter-type emails get to you. This happens a lot with Hotmail addresses unfortunately).
  3. If you have entered a Gmail address, please be sure to check your ‘promotions’ tab as often our emails will go there for Gmail users.
  4. Please also ensure that you have added our email address (admin@prosperouspetbusiness.com) to your contacts and ‘whitelist’ us, so that you can continue to receive our updates. Failure to do so will be a likely cause of your not receiving our daily speaker emails. Another reason that you might not be getting our emails is that you may have typed in your email address incorrectly when you signed up. This happened a lot last year with folks who were in a hurry to sign up and then wondered why they weren't getting the emails. Try this: Go to www.prosperouspetbusiness.com/2017-prosperous-pet-business-conference/ and enter your email address into the sign up box on the top right of the screen. If you try and register an address we already have, it will alert you. If it doesn't alert you then that means the email address you tried to sign up with the first time was incorrect. No worries--happens to the best of us!
  5. If you still don’t receive an email confirming your registration, please email us at admin@prosperouspetbusiness.com
  6. Alternatively, if you have arrived at this FAQ page without registering for the pet business conference, please go to www.ProsperousPetBusiness.com to register for FREE. You will receive a confirmation email, along with daily links to the conference speaker videos, once the conference has begun.

 

Q: I've emailed you and you haven't responded to my emails. How can I get a response from you? 

A: We do our best to respond to all emails within 24 hours during weekdays (and on Monday if you've emailed us over the weekend). Be assured that we do reply to ALL our emails so if you haven't received a response from us it means something is not working... It may be that your email address needs to be 'whitelisted' by us. (And if we don't receive your email, we aren't able to whitelist you because we don't have your email address.) So...if you've tried emailing us and you haven't received a response within 24 hours, please contact us at one of our other email addresses (Thrive@SFPBacademy.com or Success@SixFigurePetSittingAcademy.com). We want to hear from you and if we receive your email, we will respond to you. (Every one of you!) So if you don't hear from us that means we didn't get your email and it will be best to email us at one or both of the email addresses above so we can get your email and 'whitelist' your email address so we receive future emails from you.

 

Q: What is 'whitelisting' an email address? And how can I whitelist your email address if I'm not receiving all of the daily speaker video link emails?

A: 'Whitelisting' means that you add an email address to your email account to let your email provider know that email is a safe one (not spam) and that you want to be sure to receive it. If you are not receiving all the daily video links then you definitely will need to 'whitelist the email address (admin@prosperouspetbusiness.com). So that you receive ALL of the daily speaker video links, we have created a quick and easy website page for How to Whitelist Our Email Address.

 

Q: I've signed up after the conference has already started. Will I receive the speaker videos?

A: If you sign up AFTER 10am on a day that a conference speaker video is released you will NOT receive that daily speaker video in your inbox that day. However, you will receive tomorrow’s speaker video tomorrow (if there is a speaker scheduled for tomorrow!) The 2017 conference starts on October 18, 2017 and runs until November 1, 2017.

 

Q: How can I watch the speaker videos?

A: All conference attendees who have signed up for the conference will receive daily links to each daily speaker video.

 

Q: I’m not in the Pacific time zone. How can I tell what time the 10am Pacific release time will be in my part of the world?

Q: I’ve purchased the video package, but my password for the private page doesn’t work.

A: It’s case-sensitive, so be sure to copy it directly, and it should not include any punctuation or spaces. Please contact us if you have a problem at admin@prosperouspetbusiness.com. We’re happy to help!
